Refund Policy

Workshops & Classes

• Cancellations made 5 days or more before the class/workshop start date will receive a full refund or credit toward a future session.

• Cancellations within 5 days of the start date are non-refundable, but we may offer studio credit at our discretion if we are able to fill your spot.

• No-shows are not eligible for refunds or credit.

Studio Events & Private Bookings

• Refunds for private parties or events must be requested at least 14 days in advance of the scheduled date.

• Cancellations made fewer than 14 days prior are subject to a partial refund or rescheduling, depending on circumstances.

• Cancellations made fewer than 7 days prior are non refundable.
